1. Free Digital Products — No Returns or Refunds

All 3D exhibition booth models on vBoothify.com are 100% free digital downloads. No payment is collected, no physical items are shipped, and no checkout process exists. Therefore:

No refunds — no money is ever charged.

No returns — digital files cannot be physically returned.

This policy satisfies Google Merchant Center requirements. Since no transaction occurs, standard return/refund frameworks do not apply.

2. License — CC BY 4.0

All models are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0).

You CAN:

Download, use, modify, and customize any model for personal and commercial projects.

Use models in client presentations, renders, fabrication references, and real-world production.

Redistribute modified versions with attribution to vBoothify.com

You CANNOT:

Resell the exact, unmodified model files on any marketplace or platform.

Claim original authorship of an unmodified model.

Remove attribution when sharing or redistributing.

Attribution: “3D booth model sourced from vBoothify.com” appreciated but not mandatory for customized commercial deliverables.

3. File Formats

Models are provided in .3ds .BLEND, .FBX, .OBJ, and .DAE formats with PBR texture maps (4K). Compatible with Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Unity, Unreal Engine, and SketchUp.

4. Disclaimer

All models are provided “as is” without warranty. Dimensions, polygon counts, and colors are estimates based on visual analysis. vBoothify is not liable for production errors, fabrication discrepancies, or software compatibility issues. Company and event names referenced in project titles belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

5. Downloads

Downloads are instant, unlimited, and require no registration. Links are hosted on Google Drive. If a link is broken, contact us for a refreshed URL.
